Unfortunately, the game still doesn't launch. I've placed the game into my applications folder, did the right click to "Show all package contents" -> "Wine" and in there I've followed the trouble-shooting provided on the site where I downloaded the game + wine, mind you this trouble-shooting addresses issues on High Sierra, not Catalina ( ). I saw a few references to Mac OS Catalina, that there is some issue where you'd have to change something in the terminal in Recovery Mode for Wine to work (not sure if it's a good idea for me to attempt that since I really don't know what I'm doing) or download other programs and (presumably) manually run the game through them, but I'm truly lost as I don't know how any of this works or what half of the responses mean. I've googled to a) identify the problem and to b) find a solution, but all my results are so technical that I just cannot understand any of them. Today I wanted to reinstall it, but it just doesn't launch. It worked fine on my Mac about a year ago, then I deleted the whole thing because I had no more time to play and didn't want to be tempted. The download consists of the whole package, Windows game + Wine and everything is already set up for useless people like me, who can't do it themselves. I downloaded everything on this website ( ). Unfortunately, I don't understand Wine and how it works, but I've been successfully using it to play Pharaoh by Sierra in the past.
